Growing up black colorism can be an issue that develops insecurties, especially in the youth. Another issue of conern that increases insecurity in black youth is texturism. What is good hair? What is bad hair? This book answers those questions in a simple and unique way for young children. This short discussion book can be used a teaching tool for young black children to learn about, explore, embrace, and accept different hair textures.
